Rising Sword VX Preview

Here is a little preview of Rising Sword VX (RSVX), a RPG game that uses Tankentai Battle System. It is a script that arranges all the characters to the right of the screen instead of the default first person view. Using TBS is hard since most of the instructions are in Japanese. However, the codes are not in Japanese so I can possibly tweak it a bit. If all goes well, RSVX will be released in August with one chapter that may be one to two hours long.

Here are a few screenshots of RSVX:

TBS – Melon shoots her arrow at a bat. At this point, I need to readjust the monster sizes and placement.

Outside Life Kingdom – More details are needed.

Inn – A typical inn. It is incomplete.

Menu Screen – I do not have character portraits yet so I am using sprites for now.
